The 20th BLCU World Culture Carnival was held on April 26 and saw the participation of over 40,000 people from 113 countries and regions. Among the participants are the faculty members, students and alumni of the Beijing Language and Culture University, and other guests in multiple fields.
The prelude of the event was a parade by over 300 students from the five continents.
At the exhibition area of Chinese culture, visitors may learn about the traditional Chinese techniques such as tea art and flower arrangement with their own hands. This year, France and the United Arab Emirates were invited to become the guest countries of the carnival for the first time. A variety of sections were set up ingeniously, featuring landscape exhibitions, a market of flavors, games and interactive experiences, unique cultural souvenirs, a food court, and more.
The student service area closely collaborated with the "2025 Zhongguancun Graduation Season" and "Labor Day Holiday" events hosted by Haidian District. It launched innovative activities, such as product showcases and educational sessions, in collaboration with dozens of companies in finance, technology, media, and fashion sectors, offering abundant industrial resources and a platform for cross-cultural exchanges.
