1. Methods to Check Balance and Top Up Your SIM Card

1) Via Phone: Dial the customer service hotline of your mobile network operator (China Mobile: 10086, China Unicom: 10010, China Telecom: 10000), and follow the voice prompts to recharge or check your balance;

2) Visit a nearby China Mobile, China Unicom, or China Telecom company-owned service hall and ask the staff to assist you with recharging or checking your balance;

3) Via WeChat or Alipay: Download the WeChat or Alipay app, select the 'Mobile Top-up' option, enter your phone number, and you can recharge or check your balance (if you haven't linked a bank card to the app, you will need to do so before making payments);
