I. For the Applicant

The applicant should look at the camera with both eyes, keep shoulders level, have a natural facial expression, and wear dark-colored clothing.

II. Photo Format

The photo shall be submitted in PNG format with channel transparency available and transparent background (no obvious distortion of the edges of the portrait on the photo).

Specifications: width 520 pixels, height 756 pixels. The size of the photo shall not exceed 300KB, and should not be edited with any face enhancements or other technical processing affecting facial features.
