1. All materials in a language other than Chinese must be accompanied by a Chinese translation and stamped with the employer's official seal (except for passports and other international travel documents). Should the authority accepting the application or the decision-making body find significant discrepancies between the original materials and the translations, they may request a revised version from the employer.
2. All original hard copies of the materials must be uploaded electronically in color to the online processing system together with the Chinese translations.
3. The Acceptance Notification for Foreigners Working in the People's Republic of China is processed online. For an internship of up to 90 days, the applicants do not need to apply for a Foreigner's Work Permit after arriving in China. Individuals for an internship between 90 days to six months must apply for the Foreigner's Work Permit after arriving in China. After passing the online pre-examination, you can make an appointment in the system and choose to apply for both the work permit and residence permit concurrently. All the original materials must be presented for verification during on-site application for the Acceptance Notification for Foreigners Working in the People's Republic of China and Foreigner's Work Permit.
