Ticket booking for the route opened at 15:00 on March 13. Passengers can conveniently check stop information and schedules and purchase tickets via the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Customized Shuttle Bus" (京津冀定制快巴) WeChat official account or mini-program. Passengers who have completed real-name registration and purchased tickets can simply board the bus by tapping their ID card and passing a face recognition check at the in-vehicle terminal.
The route adopts a model combining reservation-based travel, flexible stops, online verification, and remote security screening. It is allowed to use bus lanes with priority and pass through Beijing's entry checkpoints without stopping for inspection, significantly improving travel efficiency.
The Beijing–Xiong'an route is designed to meet core commuting needs, with stops covering key transportation hubs, densely populated areas, and industrial clusters in both regions. In Beijing, nine important transportation hubs are included, which are Lize Financial Business District, Xingong Subway Station, Xinfadi Subway Station, Gongyixiqiaobei Bus Stop, Jiaomen Xi (W) Subway Station, Caoqiao Subway Station, Fengtai Science Park Subway Station, Liuli Qiao Subway Station, and Gongzhufen Subway Station. In Xiong'an, the route connects Xiong'an Business Service Center, as well as major clusters of enterprises relocated from Beijing, such as China Satellite Network Group, China Huaneng Group, Sinochem Tower, China Unicom, China Mobile, and Zhongguancun Science Park. Together, these stops support seamless transfers between subway systems and shuttle buses.
To date, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei customized shuttle bus network has launched 12 routes with 57 branch lines, connecting Beijing with Yanjiao, Dachang, Xianghe, Gu'an, Yongqing, Bazhou, Zhuozhou, and urban Langfang in Hebei Province, as well as Wuqing, Baodi, and Haijiaoyuan in Tianjin, in addition to the Xiong'an New Area. Over 163,000 trips have been made, with a cumulative passenger volume exceeding 5.3 million.
