Recently, the Wansheng West Transportation Hub Project has passed final acceptance. Located in the northwest of the Cultural Tourism Zone of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (BMC), this transit-oriented integrated complex—featuring transportation services, star-rated hotels, and immersive shopping experiences—will soon be put into operation.

Upon entering the hub, visitors are immediately greeted by a spacious central lobby designed with modern urban aesthetics. The striking sail-shaped architectural elements evoke the rich history of waterborne trade along the Tongzhou section of the Grand Canal.

Covering approximately 56,000 square meters, with a total floor area of 176,000 square meters, the complex has 10 above-ground floors and two underground levels. It brings together subway lines, bus routes, public parking areas, taxi pick-up points, and bicycle lots, and provides passengers with direct access to star-rated hotels and other commercial supporting facilities within the hub.

Situated adjacent to Wansheng Xi (W) Station on Line 7, the hub enables convenient transfers between rail transit and ground transportation. Passengers exiting via Entrance/Exit D of Line 7 can quickly enter the hub, shielded from harsh weather conditions. Inside, travelers can seamlessly transfer to buses and taxis or access shared bicycles. The first floor includes two dedicated bus transfer zones, while the underground levels provide more than 700 parking spaces for vehicles.
As a key transportation node within the BMC, the hub is designed to accommodate a projected daily passenger flow of up to 300,000. It is expected to support commuter travel while also offering additional transfer and parking options for visitors to Universal Beijing Resort.

Moreover, the hub's commercial and hotel facilities will bring people a brand new lifestyle experience.
It creates Tongzhou's first semi-open, immersive retail street located within a transportation hub—TOD TIMES. Featuring an atrium garden, the space delivers a unique experience of "transferring in a forest-like setting and shopping in a park-like environment". Looking forward, the hub will also introduce a Live House venue, a cinema, specialty bars, premium cafés, and diverse dining options.
