Several Subway Lines in Beijing to Extend Operating Hours During National Day Holiday

During the National Day Holiday period (October 1-7), seven subway lines connecting railway stations and airports in Beijing will either extend their operating hours or starting operation earlier than their daily departure times, depending on the volume of passengers who will arrive in Beijing by night trains and flights.

Beijing South Railway Station: On September 30, October 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7, the departure time of the last train leaving from Beijingnan Zhan (Beijing South Railway Station) Station for Anheqiao Bei (N) Station of Line 4 will be extended to 0:30 the next day. From October 1 to 7, the departure time of the last train leaving from Zhangguozhuang Station for Shangezhuang Station of Line 14 will be extended to 0:00. From October 6 to 7, the departure time of the last train leaving from Dongfeng Beiqiao Station for Lize Shangwuqu Station of Line 14 will be extended to 0:00 the next day.

Beijing West Railway Station: On September 30, October 5, 6, and 7, the departure time of the last train leaving from Beijingxi Zhan (Beijing West Railway Station) Station for Gaoloujin Station of Line 7 will be extended to 0:00 the next day.

Beijing Railway Station: From October 6 to 7, the last trains leaving from Beijing Zhan (Beijing Railway Station) Station of Line 2 for both directions will run until 0:30 the next day, and will serve Beijing North Railway Station during this period.

From October 6 to 8, the subway station of Beijing Fengtai Railway Station will commence operations as early as 5:00.

Beijing Daxing International Airport: On September 30, October 6, and 7, the last train departing from Daxing Jichang (Daxing Airport) Station of Daxing Airport Express will operate until 0:00 the next day. The last train departing from Caoqiao Station for Mudanyuan Station of Line 19 will also operate until 0:00 the next day. 

Depending on the passenger flow, corresponding measures will be taken for other subway lines in accordance with the emergency plan.
