Beijing's Daxing International Airport recently upgraded its arrival baggage tracking visualization system. The new system features a green progress bar that dynamically displays the entire process from unloading and transport, and shows when it arrives on the baggage carousel, as well as the estimated time it will take to reach you for pickup.

Additionally, the screen displays a baggage claim hall map, service inquiry points, and baggage handling agents to help passengers quickly locate facilities and resolve inquiries efficiently. The system also utilizes a live video feed of baggage handling operations, offering greater transparency and providing passengers with a greater peace of mind.

Flight information display screens at the baggage claim hall have also been upgraded, showing the departure city, flight number and codeshare flight numbers. Meanwhile, the active baggage carousels are marked in green on the screens. Carousels are sorted by actual flight arrival time, enabling passengers to quickly locate the correct carousel for them. A new QR code feature allows passengers to check baggage carousel information with just a single scan. Additionally, the screens also provide ground transportation and transfer service information, helping passengers seamlessly connect to their subsequent journeys.
