Other foreign nationals may apply at the Vehicle Management Office or a Vehicle Management Branch Office.

Applicants over 70 years old are asked to take the memory, judgement, and reaction skill tests at the Vehicle Management Office or a Vehicle Management Branch Office;

Other personnel with a motor vehicle may apply to any Vehicle Management Branch Office, vehicle management office/station (with driver's license services) of traffic management detachments or brigades, qualified postal service agencies, or government affairs service centers;

Registered users of the "Traffic Management 12123" app can apply by logging in the "Traffic Safety Comprehensive Service Management Platform" or "Traffic Management 12123";

Individuals over 60 years old may use the "Traffic Management 12123" account of a relative or friend to apply;

After renewing a Driver's License, applicants can log in to the "Traffic Management 12123" app to access the e-version of their Driver's License. Individuals who have already obtained their e-version of Driver's License are required to re-apply for it.

Office hours for the Vehicle Management Office of the Beijing Municipal Traffic Management Bureau, any Vehicle Management Branch Office, the offices/stations of vehicle management of traffic management detachments or brigades:

08:30-18:00, Monday to Friday; 09:00-16:00, Saturday and Sunday (except for national holidays)

The office hours of government affairs service centers at municipal or district-level should be based on their public office hours.
