Recently, Ziroom, a leading long-term rental agency in China, and Invesco Real Estate, a globally renowned investment firm, announced a strategic partnership to jointly establish an asset management platform focusing on the Chinese housing rental sector. Named "Xingyao Rujing", this large-scale rental housing project was launched in Shijingshan District as the first of its kind in Beijing, with a total investment of approximately CNY 1.2 billion and a planned housing supply of about 1,500 homes. This project will later apply to be included in the guaranteed rental housing system. It is reported that this project represents the largest single foreign investment in a rental community in Beijing in the past year, expected to be available in the market in 2027.

The project is located on Gucheng West Road, Shijingshan District, next to Shijing Mountain and the Yongding River to the west, and adjacent to Shougang Park and Xin'an Park, with the apartments at higher floors offering views of the Xishan Mountain. It is noteworthy that the project's design was also inspired by the architectural elements of Shougang Park's architectural heritage, inheriting the memories of its industrial past through the presentation of industrial-style spatial aesthetics.
The new Shougang Park, as one of the venues for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, features a rich variety of sports landscapes and facilities. The new Shougang Bridge nearby, which spans the Yongding River, is also one of the most popular cycling destinations for the cycling enthusiasts in Beijing. Therefore, the project will specially set up a parking area for cycling enthusiasts in the public lobby, a cycling start point for taking photos, and an open cycling lobby, aiming to provide cyclists with an open toolbox, shower facilities, and spaces for energizing and socializing, making the trendy cycling culture a major part of the community's artistic atmosphere.

The apartments will be equipped with stylish fitness spaces, areas for pet care, ecological and community-themed activity spaces, shared storage, shared kitchens, self-service supermarkets, etc., fully meeting the fast-paced and all-day convenience living needs of young people.
