To the east of the north zone of Shougang Park and adjacent to Beixin'an Station on Subway Line 11, the construction of the New Shougang International Talent Community has achieved new progress. It is reported that, as the latest urban renewal project in the park, this area will serve as a gathering platform for high-end talented minds around the globe with favorable business and living environments and a center for them to experience new urban lifestyles. The talent apartments at Rongshi Square will be put into operation first.

The New Shougang International Talent Community is one of the first four pilot international talent communities in Beijing. It consists of two areas (the south zone and the north zone) and ten land plots. The Rongshi Square project includes super Grade-A office buildings, multifunctional offices, standalone offices, an industrial art and upscale living commercial center, and two talent apartment buildings.

Currently, the exterior of the two talent apartment buildings is almost completed while the interior work is being accelerated. Featuring a minimalist and stylish design, the apartment rooms are equipped with smart home appliances. Some housing types even have additional functional rooms such as studies and nanny rooms.

The talent apartments will offer amenities, including activity rooms, gyms, yoga studios, outdoor sightseeing gardens, business negotiation areas, parking spaces, and charging piles. Residents will also receive such services as cleaning, maintenance, printing, medical assistance, pet sitting, and support for entrepreneurial applications. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to participate in community gatherings and special festive events. All these offerings aim to create a comfortable living and working environment for more high-end talents to settle in Shougang Park area.
