The  North Comprehensive Transportation Hub at Universal Studios has  recently passed the joint completion acceptance, officially  transitioning from the construction phase to operational preparations.

Located  on the northern side of Tongzhou District's cultural tourism area, the  hub is seamlessly connected to Qunfang Station of Subway Line 7.  Covering an area of 2.2 hectares with a total built area of about 84,619  square meters, it innovatively adopts a multi-dimensional development  design combining vertical and horizontal elements. This comprehensive  integration efficiently unites transportation facilities with hotel and  commercial facilities to serve the Universal Studios theme park and  surrounding urban areas. It not only meets the transfer needs of various  transportation modes including rail transit, ground buses, taxis, cars  and bicycles, but also enhances the city's image through distinctive  features such as aerial courtyards and rooftop gardens, exploring a new  path for coordinated development of infrastructure with broader urban  growth.
