Enterprises opting for fully online registration need only log in to the Beijing One-Stop Online Enterprise Service Platform and submit their application materials online. The system automatically forwards the materials to the registration authority with jurisdiction over the enterprise for review and approval, enabling online applications, local approval, and immediate feedback. Once registration is complete, enterprises can choose to have their paper business licenses and official seals delivered to a designated address anywhere within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
The launch of the new service represents not only an innovation in business registration procedures, but a concrete example of regional coordinated development in efforts to improve the business environment. By aligning service standards and sharing registration resources, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are gradually integrating their market access services for enterprises, further reducing institutional transaction costs.
