On April 3, the "Blooming Beijing — 2026 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Flower-Viewing Season" (hereinafter referred to as the "Season") will be officially launched, featuring several sub-events highlighting ecological treasures and cultural charm.

To ensure that everyone can enjoy outings in a carefree way, Beijing has introduced a "Flower Viewing and Purchase Map", which displays information such as blooming periods and locations of flowers. Currently, the Season's exclusive map for flower viewing and purchase is available on multiple platforms. Everyone can access the complete digital map and related details via the official website of the Beijing Municipal Forestry and Parks Bureau, the WeChat subscription account "Capital Landscaping and Greening" (首都园林绿化), and the WeChat service accounts "Capital Smart Landscaping" (首都智慧园林) and "Changyou Gongyuan" (畅游公园). Additionally, QR code scanning points have been set up at key parks, horticultural stations, flower markets, and other venues, allowing everyone to embark on a spring flower-viewing journey anytime, anywhere.

This spring, major parks across Beijing will host a continuous array of flower-themed events, with a series of cultural festivals featuring tulips, peonies, lotus flowers, and more to take place in succession, creating a flower-viewing extravaganza that will span the entire year. Three international flower exhibitions will be held in Beijing. Specifically, the 2026 Beijing International Flower Show will be launched in Fengtai at the end of April, the Hortiflorexpo China 2026 will open at the China International Exhibition Center in early April, and the Beijing Spring Flower Exhibition will be held at the Beijing International Flower Port in early April.

The event has also partnered with Wanda Plaza to launch a series of activities themed "Gardening in Wanda" across 15 Wanda Plaza malls in Beijing, allowing everyone to not only enjoy floral art but also purchase flowers and gardening products while shopping and relaxing.

The Bank of Beijing has introduced a credit card discount program for key flower-related commercial districts, helping users make the most of their springtime experience.

During the event, the Meituan app will distribute "Blooming Beijing — Flower-Viewing Season" consumption vouchers, which cover a wide range of categories including dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment. In addition, 25 flower markets, as well as specialty flower shops and 100 horticulture stations across the city are already offering spring flowers for purchase.
