The Spring Festival holiday is drawing to an end, but Beijing's ice and snow tourism continues to heat up. Save this list of ski resorts and ice rinks for chilling fun!


Nanshan Ski Resort

The resort features 30 graded ski trails, along with snow entertainment areas for toboggan runs and snow sleighing. It also offers dedicated practice trails for toddlers and ski training areas for kids. Advanced facilities include wave trails, a terrain park, and mogul trails.

Opening Hours:

Day session: 09:00–17:00

Night session: 18:30–22:00


Yunfoshan Ski Resort

The resort features seven well-designed trails, catering to both beginners seeking gentle slopes and advanced skiers looking for more thrilling challenges.

Day session: 08:30–16:30

Night session: 17:00–21:00


Jundushan Ski Resort

Located closest to downtown Beijing, this resort is cost-effective and features wide and gentle beginner trails equipped with conveyor lifts, ideal for first-time skiers and families with kids. It also offers a full range of children's ski equipment for rental.

Opening Hours:

Day session: 08:00–18:00

Night session: 18:00–22:00


Ice Cube Ice Sports Center

As a legacy of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, the Ice Cube Ice Sports Center features a 1,830-square-meter standard indoor ice rink, along with four 45m×5m standard curling lanes. Here, you can try both ice skating and curling – the same events featured in the Winter Olympics. The ice surface uses eco-friendly refrigeration technology, offering a professional and memorable experience.

Opening Hours: 10:00–21:00 (last admission at 19:00)


Le Cool Ice Rink

As Beijing's first real-ice rink in a shopping mall, it boasts an 800-square-meter ice surface that can accommodate up to 150 skaters. Beneath a transparent glass dome, you can look up at the blue sky and white clouds during the day. Together with the lively music, the ice rink creates a relaxing and rather casual atmosphere. Special events such as ice carnivals are also held regularly here.

Opening Hours: 10:00–22:00 (in line with the mall's opening hours)


Huaxi LIVE Commercial Entertainment Ice Sports Center

The center features a 1,800-square-meter Olympic-standard real-ice surface up to the standards for Winter Olympics venues. Its north rink is designated for public skating and figure skating, while the south rink is used for ice hockey training. On the second floor, the 6,800-square-meter "Fifth Pole International Ice and Snow Trendy Play Zone" (第五极国际冰雪潮玩城) is equipped with a real-snow camp, beginner ski trails, and ice slides, allowing you to enjoy skating and snow fun in one go.

Opening Hours: 10:00–22:00 (The "Trendy Play Zone" opens at the same hours as the ice rink.)


Glacier Canyon at Longqing Gorge Scenic Area, Yanqing

The Glacier Canyon will remain open until February 28. You can try the viral ATV-pulled snow tubing ride for the thrill of speeding on the ice. The Longqing Gorge Ice Lantern Festival is also underway at the same time, allowing you to enjoy ice activities during the day and lantern viewing at night. 

Opening Hours: 10:00–17:30 (No ticket sales after 16:30 and no admission after 17:00; The scenic area closes at 17:30)
