Dingdian Park, located in the cultural tourism area of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (BMC), is set to complete construction and open to the public later this year. It will become Asia's largest indoor theme park for children with an anticipated annual footfall of over 2 million.

The park is situated between Wansheng Xi (W) and Wansheng Dong (E) subway stations on Line 7. Its main passageway, the northern atrium, is topped with a giant ceiling screen, and will be developed into Asia's largest indoor promenade with immersive lighting effects. The park will host a lineup of leading global entertainment brands, including Hasbro, WildBrain, Crayola, and Mattel, to create an immersive world. Highlights include the world's first Peppa Pig-themed indoor ice-and-snow park, which boasts a range of attractions such as the Tree House and Snow Castles recreated from the original series, along with various types of slides.

To the west of the cultural tourism area, the Tongma Road Integrated Transport Hub has passed its final inspections and is also set to open to the public in 2026. The hub features trendy bars with craft beer, high-quality coffee shops, a fitness center, and pet care facilities, making it a premier destination for food lovers in BMC. Adjacent to the hub are a 379-room three-star hotel and a 538-room four-star hotel, adding more high-quality accommodation options to the area.

The construction of the Beijing Haichang Ocean Park is also in full swing. Expected to be completed and opened in 2027, the park will include a series of novel facilities, such as underwater guest rooms, an ocean-themed restaurant, and feeding zones. In addition, it will become home to two amazing theaters: the Whale & Dolphin Theater with 5,000 seats, one of the largest Whale & Dolphin Theaters in China, and the Happy Theater with 2,200 seats, featuring interactive performances by marine creatures such as dolphins, walruses, and sea lions, along with clown shows and other comedy performances.

It is expected to begin trial operations in 2028 and officially open in 2029. Ferrari World Entertainment Complex will feature attractions such as the world's fastest Formula Rossa roller coaster, an esports park, a Ferrari museum, and a Ferrari club. Once completed, it will become the first Ferrari World in Asia, with an estimated annual footfall of 1.8 million.
