The Ya'ao International Beer Festival opened at the Beijing Olympic Park on August 8 and will run until August 31. With beer, live performances, and a bustling market, the park has become a prime summer hangout for both locals and tourists.
Spread across nearly 20 venues in and around the park – including Aoyuan CITY Street (奥园CITY街), "Dual Olympics" Food Street (双奥美食街), and the China National Convention Center – the festival offers a vibrant mix of food, entertainment, and shopping in one summer carnival.

Visitors can enjoy the full range of Yanjing beers alongside Wusu Beer from Tacheng, Xinjiang. Beyond the brews, there is a variety of entertainment activities, including concerts at the National Stadium (Bird's Nest), as well as sports events and exhibitions. Nearby malls such as POLPAS and Xin'ao Shopping Center are running special promotions, while local hotels are offering beer-festival packages.
This year's festival also embraces hi-tech elements. An AI creative team has been invited to produce short videos and other content, showcasing how artificial intelligence can enhance the consumer experience.
