Starting from 00:00 on October 26, 2025, Capital Airport will officially begin its winter flight schedule, which will remain in effect until March 28, 2026, covering a total of 154 days. During this period, there will be minor changes to Capital Airport's destination network and to the terminals assigned to certain Air China domestic flights.
According to the winter flight schedule, Capital Airport is expected to handle an average of 1,243 flights per day. Passenger flights include 1,023 domestic (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) flights and an average of 166 international flights daily. The airport plans to serve 212 destinations, 207 of which are passenger destinations. Compared with the 2025 summer schedule, three domestic destinations — Wuhu, Panzhihua, and Xishuangbanna — have been added, while six have been dropped, including Dunhuang, Jiuzhai, and Liupanshui. International destinations are expected to reach 80, with Tbilisi and Abu Dhabi added and Sendai removed.
The terminal assignments for some of Air China's domestic flights operating at Capital Airport will be adjusted. Flights to 12 destinations, including Zhangjiajie, Guangyuan, Jingdezhen, Nanchang, and Taiyuan, will switch from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3. Flights to 9 destinations, including Xichang, Yibin, Shangrao, Korla, and Yuncheng, will relocate from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2. Passengers can access details about the changes through Air China's official website (https://www.airchina.com.cn/en-US), mobile app (中国国航), or other channels.
With the new flight season coming, Capital Airport reminds passengers to confirm flight and terminal information with their airline or through the airport's official channels before departure. During peak departure hours in the morning (6:00–10:00), passengers are advised to allow ample time for check-in and security procedures to ensure a smooth journey.
