Recently, all eight buildings of Taikoo Place Beijing, part of the expansion of INDIGO, have been topped out. As Swire Properties' largest investment in the Chinese mainland, it is set to become a new landmark in Beijing's riverside commercial district.

Covering more than 860,000 square meters, Taikoo Place Beijing features eight premium Grade-A office towers, a shopping mall, a hotel, and green spaces, as well as other supporting facilities. All components of the project will be seamlessly connected through indoor and outdoor walkways, linking the office complex with retail areas, the hotel, and support services, while also providing direct access to the subway network.

The project will also introduce the first retail mall under the "Taikoo Place" brand in the Chinese mainland. The new retail area will integrate with the existing INDIGO shopping center, forming a comprehensive retail destination covering approximately 150,000 square meters. This retail space combines outdoor shopping with riverside leisure, offering residents and visitors a vibrant urban lifestyle experience.

Public space design is one of the highlights of Taikoo Place Beijing. Its largest public space, named "Delphi", covers 19,000 square meters and includes diverse facilities such as flexible workspaces, multi-purpose halls, banquet rooms, and a fully-equipped gym and swimming pool. Additionally, Taikoo Place features landscaped squares and gardens, providing multi-functional spaces, open-air dining, and social interaction areas, along with a variety of immersive cultural and artistic events.

Currently, the project is progressing smoothly and is scheduled to open in phases starting from the end of 2026.
