On September 26, 2025, the 22nd Beijing Miyun Fish King Food Culture Festival kicked off at WTown.

The "Fish King Disaster Relief Auction" launched at the opening ceremony and was the highlight of the event, with the stunning debut of the newly crowned "Fish King".

During the event, multiple local restaurants and dining brands, particularly fish-themed establishments along the Miyun Fish Street, will jointly launch an activity featuring the "Hundred-Fish Banquet", offering a wide range of specialty fish dishes made from fish caught in the reservoir. Additionally, many homestays and scenic spots will roll out fish-themed packages and discounts, creating an all-round culinary experience from entertainment to dining.

The Miyun District Bureau of Culture and Tourism has curated three premium tourist routes and three self-driving routes for autumn travel, catering to cultural, family-friendly, and gourmet interests. Blending natural vistas with historic sites and interactive activities, the routes suit families, couples, and independent travelers by car.

Running from the National Day and Mid-Autumn holiday period until October 31, Miyun's tourism sector will collaborate with scenic areas, accommodations, banks, and other partners to offer public benefits covering multiple business models. Sites like WTown, Chateau Changyu AFIP Global, and Chateau Yishi will provide ticket discounts and vouchers; the "Yunshui Zhijia" boutique homestay cluster will run a "Homestay Experience Month" with bookings up to 50 percent off; and financial institutions such as the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, and Bank of China will issue tourism consumption subsidies.
