According to official regulations, the Beijing Municipal Government is implementing the following adjustments to traffic management measures for both local and non-local passenger vehicles on September 28, October 1 to 8, and October 11, 2025:

I. Local vehicles will be exempt from weekday rush-hour restrictions in designated areas.

II. Non-local passenger vehicles with valid Beijing Entry Permits (进京通行证) (for areas within the 6th Ring Road) will be exempt from the prohibitions on driving within the 5th Ring Road (inclusive) from 7:00 to 9:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, as well as the restrictions based on rear license plate numbers in designated areas from 9:00 to 17:00. However, drivers must still comply with all-day prohibition on entering roads within the 2nd Ring Road (inclusive), Jianguomenwai Street, Fuxingmenwai Street, and Fuxing Road (from Muxidi Bridge to Xinxing Bridge).
