The 27th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo (The Expo) is scheduled to be held from May 8 to 11, 2025 at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. With a total exhibition area of about 50,000 sqm, the Expo attracts around 800 exhibitors and institutions, among which over 80 percent are specialized, high-end, innovation-driven and high-tech enterprises designated by provinces or relevant ministries. The Expo, with the theme of "Science and Technology for A Better Future", will offer six themed exhibition areas including Information Technology, Intelligent Manufacturing, Medicine and Health, Green & Carbon Peaking and Carbon neutrality, Digital Economy, and Regional Innovation.

In addition to exhibitions, the Expo will organize various promotional activities on artificial intelligence, digital education, medicine and health, and new energy. Meanwhile, the Expo will invite various specialized, high-end, innovation-driven and high-tech enterprises, unicorn companies, "little giant" firms, and venture capital institutions to carry out project roadshows and capital matchmaking, continuously developing the Expo's function of promoting and attracting investment. Besides, the Beijing International Fair for Investment and Trade 2025, a series of activities to promote coordinated development of trade and investment in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, and the Beijing International Commercial Law Day will also be held simultaneously.

This year's Expo highlights the latest achievements in future industries, new progress in building an international center for scientific and technological innovation, and the emerging advantages of Beijing's three trillion-level industrial clusters, to facilitate the practical commercialization of innovations and the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements. It also focuses on enhancing high-quality consumer offerings, enriching tech consumption scenarios, and stimulating new demand in emerging consumer markets.

Founded in 1998 by the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, the China Beijing International High-Tech Expo is the first large-scale science and technology exhibition for international exchange and cooperation in China, which has been held for 26 consecutive years.
