Globally renowned copyrighted entertainment brands like Hasbro, Peppa Pig, WildBrain, Crayola, Mattel will establish their presence in this park, with their stores to be located on both sides of the street. A themed hotel with several copyrighted elements will occupy the west wing, which will offer a variety of immersive accommodation and entertainment options.

Haichang Ocean Park will be located to the south of the Gaoloujin subway station, near the WaterWorld of Universal Studios Beijing. This modern large indoor oceanarium is expected to open in 2027 as the only large-scale marine themed park built in Beijing since the new millennium.
The oceanarium's overall structure will resemble a giant ship, with sleek LED screens and curtain walls depicting fish, all intended to create an ocean-like ambiance. Over 20 main displays inside will be distributed in eight zones.
This oceanarium will integrate a variety of functions, including ecology, science popularization, educational research, interaction, performance, art, and a themed hotel. Several immersive business formats have been envisioned, including underwater guest rooms, an ocean restaurant, and interactive feeding experiences.
