The First Mecha Festival in China will be held at Chang'an Mills, Shougang Park from December 31, 2024 to February 15, 2025.

A range of mechas will be on display at the Festival, such as the Great Wall Dragon (New Year Edition), which is known as the "No.1 Mecha in China", Silu (Qianmen), which is the world's first mecha incorporating the elements of traditional Chinese architecture, White Tiger, which was made based on a mecha of the same name in "Legend of Qin" (a Chinese animated series), and the METAL ZOO series, an original public welfare project. The real-person maneuvering experiences will be available with limited quotas, and the co-branded mecha of "CoA" (a mobile game) will debut during the event.

Using the intellectual properties of the science fiction film "The Wandering Earth", Killerbody has recreated the futuristic Moss proportionate to the one shown in the film, which will be displayed along with wearable exoskeleton suits, astronaut helmets, surface suit helmets, and other items from the film. The G1 humanoid intelligent body and Go2 robot dog, two latest products of Unitree Technology, will present flash mob dance performances. With ink serving as the medium for mecha construction, Wang Geng, a sci-fi ink artist, will present a massive exhibition of ink mecha art paintings. The five main mecha models from the film "Pacific Rim" - Crimson Typhoon, Cherno Alpha, Gipsy Danger, Striker Eureka, and Coyote Tango - will be on display at Kaitian Studio, a pioneer in digital art in China.

Additionally, visitors will have the chance to watch parades featuring a six-meter-tall copyrighted mecha based on a mythological beast called Qilin from the Classic of Mountains and Seas.
