Wangjing International Talent Apartment Building in Chaoyang District, Beijing's first large international talent apartment project, is now nearly completed and will officially debut by the end of this year. Check out the highlights of this building in this article.

The building is artistically designed, and all premium serviced apartments are equipped with furniture, decor, kitchen appliances, and other facilities. The building's reception area, library and leisure zones, meeting spaces, as well as personalized dining and multi-functional shared areas have also taken shape. Adding to the modern appeal, the building is outfitted with a smart system, including facial recognition for entry, electronic door locks, visual panels, and other smart home appliances.

In addition, the building features an 11,000-square-meter core landscape area and a 1,700-square-meter sunlit lawn known as "Yue Park" (悦Park). The underground commercial street of the building is connected to Cuigezhuang Station on Subway Line 15, providing access to several ecological parks nearby such as Hegezhuang Wetland Park and Beijing Chaolai Forest Park.

The building comprises 1,270 apartments, including 292 premium serviced apartments with four types of layout and 978 talent apartments with eight types of layout. The sizes range from 65 to 200 square meters. In addition, the project also includes an international bilingual kindergarten, a high-end gym, a swimming pool, a community sharing center, and a commercial hub.

The premium serviced apartments will offer international standard services, including housekeeping and towel changes twice per week, weekly bed linen changes, complimentary breakfasts, and individual member cards for the fitness club.
