During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, Beijing recorded a total of 7.792 million visits. Shougang Park in Shijingshan District ranked 10th among the city's most popular spots, witnessing as many as 163,000 visits.

During the holiday, visitors to Shougang Park were largely drawn in by its exciting events. Highlights included ICOS Beijing International Animation Festival/IPS Carnival, themed cycling campaigns, and festivities honoring the Cultural and Natural Heritage Day in 2024.

Shougang Park stands out for a wealth of distinctive features, such as its scenic landscapes, elements of the Winter Olympics, sci-fi industry and industrial heritage, which all contribute to making it a top-tier tourist spot. Here, exhibitions are held regularly, and many emerging and future industries continue to thrive. Since its opening in 2020, Shougang Park has recorded over 20 million visits.

Recognized for its success, Shougang Park has earned several accolades, including "National-Level Nighttime Cultural and Tourism Consumption Hub", "Beijing's Night Tour Landmark", "Global Launch Center", "Featured Destination for Nighttime Consumption" and "Ideal Destination for Short-term Vacation". It has firmly established itself as a pivotal commercial district and vibrant destination in western Beijing.
