This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relationship between China and France. As France's first large ballet troupe touring China, the Ballet de l'Opéra National de Bordeaux this time will present two widely acclaimed ballet performances. These performances, featuring numerous must-see scenes, are sure to be a feast for your eyes.

China Philharmonic Orchestra Chamber Concert

At this concert, the China Philharmonic Orchestra will present excerpts from Mahler's Symphony No.5, Mozart's "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik" and other classic musical works.

"Symphonic Titan" (Concert)

Mahler's Symphony No. 1 is nicknamed "Titan", and the conductor for this concert, Christoph Eisenbach, is also a recognized doyen in the field of symphonic conducting. In this concert, Eisenbach will collaborate with Berlin Philharmonic's principal violist, Mei Diyang, and the China Philharmonic Orchestra to present Schnittke's "Viola Concerto" and Mahler's "Symphony No. 1 in D Major".

"Portraits of Nations" (Concert)

This concert will be conducted by Qian Junping, an accomplished violist, also a rising star among "post-90s" generation conductors, alongside Wu Wei, a Sheng artist based in Germany. They will be joined by the China National Centre for the Performing Arts Orchestra, presenting three compositions from composers of different regions, periods, and styles.
