The 2024 Zhongguancun (ZGC) Forum Annual Conference is scheduled to be held in Beijing from April 25 to 29. The officially named ZGC International Innovation Center has been put into formal use as its main venue. It is understood that Haidian District will focus on the ZGC International Innovation Center and transform the Changchunyuan area of "Three Mountains and Five Gardens" into the "Changchun New Area", a sci-tech cultural cluster reflecting the ZGC spirit of the new era. This aims to bolster Beijing's function as a center of politics, culture, international exchanges, and sci-tech innovation, thus contributing to the capital's development in the new era.

The 2024 ZGC Forum Annual Conference plans to hold over 20 supporting events, focusing on the development trend of artificial intelligence, digital finance, ESG, life sciences, and international exchanges, among others. These events include special sessions for enterprises, with discussions and targeted invitations to guests in the fields of large-scale AI models, and bionic humanoid robots.

Besides, cultural exhibitions, urban lighting shows, outdoor science popularization activities, and sci-tech carnivals will be simultaneously held in Haidian District and Chaoyang District to integrate science and technology with culture. Among them, the ZGC IN-TECH Carnival will be held from April 26 to 28, from 16:00 to 20:30 each day, and will be open to the public for free; Outdoor Science Popularization by Beijing Association for Science and Technology in Haidian District will be held in Haidian Park on April 26 to 27, with reservations available through official WeChat account of Beijing Association for Science and Technology in Haidian District: Haidiankexie.
