ETOWN BIO hosted the 2023 Spring Biopharmaceutical Talent Recruitment Fair in Beijing E-Town recently.

A total of 64 companies participated offline in this job fair, offering a total of 1,200 job positions.

There were thousands of job seekers on site, with about 4,600 resumes submitted, and approximately 400 individuals ready to sign contracts.

The job fair also attracted dozens of medical doctors from Peking Union Medical College and the Medical School of Peking University. Preliminary contract discussion were held between them and multiple companies.

In addition, many university teachers organized student groups to participate in on site recruitment.

This job fair not only built a bridge between employers and graduates, but also promoted cooperation between universities and enterprises.

"We will continue to follow up, inquire about the demand for additional recruitment positions in the spring, and conduct specialized work like accurate recommendation of talent resumes. Meanwhile, we will develop a multi-level talent service system to help biopharmaceutical companies find and nurture talents, and provide graduates with more quality employment opportunities," said the head of ETOWN BIO.
