"Coloful World·Protecting World Cultural Heritage: the 2023 International Youth Painting Invitational Exhibition", jointly organized by Beijing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries in coordination with Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Beijing Municipal Government, Beijing Women's Federation, and Beijing Municipal Cultural Heritage Bureau, is calling for entries of paintings and short videos from kids and teenagers aged 4 to 18 worldwide. This event aims to actively respond to and advocate for the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping of the CPC Central Committee, further promote the capital as a cultural and international exchange center, protect and pass on world cultural heritage, and then facilitate exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations.
