A dazzling array of spring events has recently been launched in Beijing. From flower festivals in parks to cultural markets and fashion shows, there are countless options. Come and pick your favorites!

Olympic Forest Park Flower Viewing Season — Spring Flower Festival

The festival commenced in mid-March and will run until mid-May. You can find over 30 species of blooming flowers, along with special markets, cultural events, sports, and leisure activities. After appreciating the beauty of flowers, you can also visit nearby areas like POLPAS and the Olympic Park.  

2026 TANKO Kaishan Festival

The festival will take place at TANKO Moofland from March 27 to 29. There will be live music performances and an exciting Can Fair.

Xinqiao Handicraft & Creative Market

The market will run until March 22. Exclusive and time-limited merchandise is now on sale at 60 percent of the stalls. After visiting the market, you can take a stroll around nearby attractions, such as XIDIANJIYI FunsTown (a town known for creative cultural goods), and Baiziwan Art Cinema at the China Film Archive.

AW2026 Beijing Fashion Week

The fashion week is underway, collaborating with landmarks such as the CP Center and Aoya Guanchen Convention and Exhibition Center to present over 120 fashion events. The Fashion Enjoyment Festival (时尚悦享节) is running at the same time, offering new product launches and consumer promotions. From March 17 to May 20, consumers holding paper tickets or e-tickets for the AW2026 Beijing Fashion Week, or wristbands for the Fashion Enjoyment Festival, can enjoy exclusive discounts at over 40 partner shopping venues in districts such as Dongcheng and Chaoyang.

During the fashion week from March 17 to 23, customers who meet certain spending thresholds can redeem surprise perks such as official souvenirs and tickets to unreleased fashion shows.

Tingyun Town of Wanli

Tingyun Town has recently launched a vibrant lineup of spring events. Among these, the Wanli Market — Spring Vibe Fair (湾里有好市·春氛市集) will run until March 29, offering exclusive handicraft experiences for customers who meet certain spending thresholds. Unique illumination shows are also scheduled at the Volcano Park from 18:00 to 21:30 on weekends and official holidays.
