The recently concluded Healthy China - 2023 Life and Health Industry Cross-border Cooperation "Changping-Fortune 500 Dialogue" focused on hot topics such as innovative development of biomedicine and cross-border cooperation in the life and health industry. The event brought together more than 10 Fortune Global 500 companies, including Danaher, BD, Takeda, and Sanofi, and more than 30 foreign-funded enterprises from countries such as France and Germany, as well as over 200 participants including the key figures from government authorities, China's top enterprises, Chinese and foreign business associations, and financial institutions, and experts and scholars.

During the event, the Implementation Plan for Opening up the Full Industry Chain of the Biomedicine Industry in Beijing and the latest policies of Changping District in key areas such as the pharmaceutical and health industry, beauty economy, and sci-tech innovation finance were interpreted. The present and future of the pharmaceutical and health industry were also presented to the audience. Representatives of business associations and leading biomedical enterprises from China and other countries were invited to deliver keynote speeches on topics such as intellectual property protection, medical technology innovation, and international cooperation, in light of the realities. During the "High-level Dialogue", officials from the relevant authorities of Beijing, and representatives from international organizations and Chinese and foreign enterprises, had an in-depth exchange of views on the policy trends for the development of innovative medical devices in Beijing, new opportunities for cross-border cooperation in the life and health industry, and Changping's business environment, among others.

The event enhanced the government and industrial parks' communication with the foreign-funded enterprises ranked among the Fortune Global 500, and Chinese and foreign business associations, industry organizations, financial institutions, experts, and scholars, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth cooperation and project implementation. Going forward, Changping District will continue to optimize services for enterprises, build a world-class investment environment, maintain close ties with the Fortune Global 500 enterprises to jointly build a cross-border cooperation platform for the life and health industry, and fully leverage the innovative advantages of the Champion Bio industrial park in Changping District to greatly accelerate the development of the local pharmaceutical and health industry.
