Professionals with overseas qualifications in architectural design and planning are allowed to be employed by engineering companies in Beijing and to provide professional services in "Two Zones" after acquiring working permits in line with related rules.

Please note that working experience acquired overseas can be recognized as that on the Chinese mainland.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong and Macao professionals with engineering qualification certificates of registered engineers on the Chinese Mainland can apply for registration and practice. Policies are in place to provide intellectual support for the development of "Two Zones".
