Since the start of the building of "Two Zones", more high-quality enterprises have settled in the CBD. In the first two months of 2022, there were over 1,500 newly registered enterprises in the CBD functional zone, constantly infusing new "blood" into the region's development. The new settled enterprises include large innovative technology companies and many new energy companies.

The Beijing CBD has taken the lead to establish the "4+N" global investment system, accurately selected enterprises of huge development or growth potential with the help of GaWC (Globalization and World Cities Research Network) and drawn the "industrial chain graph" and "investment map", to explore a batch of enterprises of exponential growth featuring new models and cross-industry integration, cultivate a batch of technology companies of innovative vitality, and build a batch of headquarters of globalized innovative vision.
