Deloitte (China) University , a key project of the "Two Zones" development in Huairou District, Beijing, commenced its construction on March 7, 2022. The university is scheduled to be put into operation in 2023 and can provide an immersive learning experience for 15,000 domestic and foreign exchange personnel every year.

The Deloitte (China) University project was formally signed on March 27, 2021 to settle in Huairou District, which marked the first Deloitte University project in China. Located in the BBMG Xingfa Education and Technology Industrial Park in Huairou District, the project will be completed by rebuilding and expanding existing old factory space and also building new structures. The project is expected to create a demonstration area for applied research and industrial transformation, and establish an innovation system to support  the Comprehensive National Science Center in Huairou .

In the next step, Huairou District will continue to deepen cooperation and exchanges with Deloitte and other professional service institutions, grasp the major development dividend of the building of the "Two Zones", focus on the construction of the Comprehensive National Science Center, actively explore and develop systems and policies that are conducive to original innovation, basic research, and the commercialization and industrialization of research results. It will attract enterprises, projects and high-end innovation factors with a higher level of opening up, and build a synergistic and efficient science and technology innovation ecosystem in an all-round way, so as to better contribute to the development of the "Two Zones".
