CAC Security (Beijing) Supply Chain Logistics Management Co., Ltd. is set to build a bonded warehouse for high-end imported commodities in the Jinzhan International Cooperation Service Zone in Chaoyang District, Beijing. 

This bonded warehouse to be built is said to adopt an innovative model with "bonded business underground and display & consumption above the ground", using office buildings in the pilot free trade zone to offer all-in-one "bonded business + display + trade" services. In addition, offering "flexible, convenient and efficient" services, it will meet the varied needs of existing commercial projects and the zone's need for high-end cross-border commodity display and sales, enhancing the efficiency of cross-border commodity flow, and promoting the further development of cross-border consumption in the zone.

For Jinzhan International Cooperation Service Zone, setting up a bonded warehouse for high-end imported commodities is centered on the new positioning of the zone as a "gathering area for international organizations and exchanges, leading area for trade in services and cross-boarder consumption,showcasing area for cultural exchanges and image communication, and experience area for international services and smart living". It marks a new initiative in the active exploration of new modes of development of the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening up the Services Sector and China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and new measure for meeting the normal development needs of high-quality support and service for international, diplomatic and foreign affairs. It also embodies the new work of the zone for actively blending itself into the new pattern of development with the unfolding 14th Five-Year Plan and comprehensively speeding up the development of the "Two Zones" to lead the opening-up and development.
