With the unveiling of the Beijing CBD International Talent One-Stop Service Center on October 31,  the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone CBD International Talent Pool was officially launched in Chaoyang District, Beijing. The pool is aimed to build a full-chained service system for talents, and provide strong support to the construction of the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone by establishing platforms for talent gathering, comprehensive services, development and cultivation,  as well as exchange.

The pool will implement policies that can attract talents of different levels and categories, and formulate a list of urgently needed talents, based on which the pool plans to bring in and support 3,000 leading talents and cultivate 10,000 outstanding talents in the fields of digital trade, cultural trade and cross-border finance.

At the same time, the pool established the "CBD International Talent One-Stop Service Center", which has improved the service procedures, streamlined  application formalities and enabled the issuing of both the "work permit and residence permit" at one site. Besides, the pool released the "Full Service List for Talents", which has been constantly improved to be more complete. Taking these measures, the pool provides services with versatile functions and high qualities to international talents.
