On November 2nd, 2020, multiple banks such as Bank of Beijing, China Merchants Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China Zheshang Bank, Bank of Shanghai, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Shunyi District People's Government of Beijing Municipality, planning to set up branches in the International Business Services Area of  Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone (Pilot FTZ). On the same day, co-hosted by the Shunyi District People's Government of Beijing Municipality and the Administrative Committee of the Beijing Tianzhu Free Trade Zone, the promotional meeting for the National Comprehensive Demonstration Zone for Further Opening-up of the Service Sector and  Shunyi International Business Services Area of China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone was held in Beijing.
