1. The catalogues of recognized overseas professional qualifications (including 122 qualifications) and those of the professional qualification exams available to foreign nationals (including 44 exams) in the "Two Zones" have been issued.
2. The "Two Zones" lead the whole country in establishing one-stop service windows for the review of the applications for and the issuance of work and residence permits for foreign talented minds. The processing procedures have been reduced by around 33.3 percent while the number of required visits has been halved.
3. Efforts have been made to make holders of the Foreign Permanent Resident ID Cards enjoy more convenience.
4. The foreign exchange purchases and remittance for supporting families of the talented individuals, and the foreign exchange settlement for their children's tuition fees at international schools have been simplified.
5. Efforts are being made to expedite the construction of international talent communities and the formation of an internationalized living environment.
6. The administrative confirmation right for the introduction of new graduates in Beijing has been delegated to the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Registered private enterprises operating and paying taxes in the pilot zone can now apply for the introduction of graduates through the authorities in charge of the relevant issues in the zone.
