1.  Beijing has canceled the approval for issuing TV Drama Production License (Type B) in the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

2.  The qualification requirements for Chinese production institutions registered in Beijing to collaborate with foreign entities in TV series production have been relaxed.

3.  Foreign investment in performing arts groups is permitted in the Beijing Tongzhou Cultural Tourism Zone and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
