This project is the fourth investment program by the French Air Liquide Group in Beijing E-Town. With an investment of CNY 240 million, it marks an essential support for BOE's sixth-generation new semiconductor display device production line, supplying nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and hydrogen gases to the production line. The project is expected to achieve an annual output value of CNY 3.2 billion after reaching its full production.

Air Liquide Group is the world's largest supplier of gases and related technology services in the industrial and health sectors, with operations in 73 countries and regions. It started its projects in Beijing E-Town in 2004, providing bulk gas supply to key enterprises such as BOE and SMIC.
