Land parcel location: Located in the south part of the western area of  Future Science City, the Life Park Phase III Project mainly involves eight villages: Erbozi Village, Sanhezhuang Village, Huilongguan Village, Zhuxinzhuang Village and the Northern Four Villages (Shigezhuang Village, Dingfu Huangzhuang Village, Xibanbidian Village and Dongbanbidian Village).  The Project borders Beijing-Tibet Expressway to the east, Huinan North Road to the south, Tangjialing Road to the west, and Nanshahe to the north.

Organization: Future City Zhihui Co.

Planned use: B1 commercial land, F3 other multi-functional land, M4 land for industrial R&D

Planned floor area: 1,670,000

Degree of development: The regulatory plan of the project for Land Plot A was approved in June 2017. The city design and the street regulatory plan preparation based on Land Plot B-H are being promoted; some periodical results were achieved in the city design aspect; the street regulatory plan is to be finished by June 2021, and will be submitted to the Commission of Planning and Natural Resources for approval. Land Plot A is scheduled to enter the market in 2021: Land Plots C and D in 2022; Land Plots G and H in 2024; Land Plots B, E and F in 2026.
