Land parcel location: Xiaotangshan Achievements Transformation Base is located at Dadongliu Group, Xiaotangshan Town. It extends to the border of Xiaotangshan to the east, Shunsha Road to the south, and Qintun River to the west. It reaches the west extension line of Baima Road as well as the centerline of the Bailang River to the north.

Planned use: M1 Class I industrial land, F1 land for residential buildings mixed with public facilities, R2 Class II residential land, B23 land for research, development and design, and Type U land for municipal facilities
Degree of development: The latest regulatory plan was approved in 2008, and so far the authorization and extension thereof have been approved. The industrial space sorting and development mode research started in 2015, and is now suspended. A new round of regulatory plan preparation for blocks has not started. We plan to carry out the development in four phases, in form of grade I development parallel to plan adjustment, with a mode of overall accounting balance and independent development. So far, the land supply is not available. A supply of about 41.8 hectares is expected in 2022 for Phase One; the land supply for Phase Two is expected in 2023; Phases Three and Four will be combined, land purchasing and demolition will be initiated in combination with the planning schemes as well as the fund returning of Phases One and Two. Meanwhile, construction of the resettlement housings and buildings for the labor force shall be started, and also relevant requirements for the late-period industrial settlement shall be met.
