On September 11, the opening ceremony of the "Education Services" Special Exhibition of the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) was held at Shougang Park. This year's exhibition is themed "Smart Start for Future Plus Integrated Innovation".
Several significant achievements were unveiled at the ceremony, covering key areas such as AI-powered education, the projects for international students to study in China, and the transfer and commercialization of sci-tech achievements. These highlights are among Beijing's benchmarks for the trade of education services.
At the event, the "AI-Driven Framework for New Forms of Education Consumption" was officially launched for developing a new education ecosystem centered around AI. It comprises high-quality education datasets, a new education mapping technology, and the "Jingwa" intelligent service agent series. The "Study Beijing" promotion system was also unveiled, marking a transition from a single platform to a multi-dimensional matrix and creating a global promotional network. The construction of the National University Regional Technology Transfer and Transformation Center (Beijing) was officially launched. In the future, this center will promote the efficient transformation and industrial application of universities' sci-tech outcomes. Several significant cooperation agreements were signed during the opening ceremony, with entities such as Zhongguancun Academy, the governments of Haidian and Fangshan districts, and Feixiang Xingqiu reaching strategic agreements on technology transfer, AI's applications in education, and regional collaboration, among other aspects.
That afternoon, the AI-Empowered Education Forum was held, featuring in-depth discussions under the theme "AI Reshaping the Future of Education". Several outcomes were also released on-site, including the Global Economy - Generative Education Special Transformer (GE-GEST), the general requirements for ethical norms for AI applications in education, and a multi-dimensional intelligent evaluation system for teaching processes.
