The reception for foreign diplomatic missions and representative offices of countries and international organizations for the 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) was held at the Conference Center of Beijing Landmark Towers. It was announced during the conference that the 2024 CIFTIS will be held in Beijing from September 12 to 16. Themed "Global Services, Shared Prosperity", this year's fair will further highlight internationalization, specialization and marketization, and focus more on its trading function. Exhibitions, negotiations, promotional sessions, release of results, and various supporting activities will be held.

Up to now, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the World Meteorological Organization, and 50 countries and international organizations, including the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia, have preliminarily confirmed their participation and exhibition arrangements. France, as the guest of honor for the 2024 CIFTIS, will hold a range of activities on sports, healthcare, investment and other sectors relevant to trade in services.
