To further optimize the business environment in Beijing and improve services for the convenience of the residents and enterprises, the Commission has decided to launch an inquiry service for real estate registration information and cadastral map visualization.
1. Inquiry Contents and Scope
(1) Any person, legal person, and unincorporated organization can inquire about the physical conditions, restrictions on building rights, cadastral map and other information of buildings that have completed initial registration in Beijing after the launch of unified registration of real estate in 2015.
(2) Shijingshan, Tongzhou, Shunyi, Pinggu, Yanqing Districts, and Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area will serve as pilot areas and provide the information of urban residential buildings that have completed the registration in their own regions. The service, after being tested and proved feasible, will be promoted and applied throughout the city.
II. Where and how to inquire
Any individual can log in to Beijing Municipal Online Service Platform for Registration of Real Estates (北京市不动产登记领域网上办事服务平台), go to "Search Information" (信息查询) and chose their preferred channels — Beijing Tong (北京通), Yizheng Tong (一证通), or Electronic License for Business (电子营业执照) — to complete the identity verification. After having passed the identity verification, queries can be made under "Visual Query" (以图查房) by following the methods listed below:
(1)Search by choosing buildings displayed on the map
Users can browse the digital map and click any building to find the corresponding information of real estate registration and cadastral map.
(2)Search by entering the address or other types of real estate information
Users can also enter the address or the building number of the concerned building to find the corresponding information of real estate registration and cadastral map with one click.
