Beijing Customs District, the People's Republic of China Announcement 2019　No.7 

In order to improve the business environment in Beijing Customs District, provide enterprises with convenient and quick customs clearance, Beijing Customs District has been able to print and issue Certificate of Origin in the subordinate customs districts concerned. So far, the subordinate customs districts of Beijing Customs District, including Capital Airport Customs, Zhongguancun Customs, Dongcheng Customs, Xicheng Customs, Fengtai Customs, Haidian Customs, Tongzhou Customs, Shunyi Customs, Yizhuang Customs, Tianzhu Customs, Beijing Chaoyang Customs and Pinggu Customs can print and issue Certificate of Origin, except for Kimberly Process Certificate which can only be printed by Tianzhu Customs District. Enterprises which apply for Certificate of Origin for export may select at their own choice a customs district close to them to print the certificate.
