The Catalogue of Industries for Encouraged Foreign Investment (2020 Edition), deliberated and approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on the 11th commission meeting, approved by the Ministry of Commerce, and given final approval by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the State Council. The catalogue is hereby released and comes to effect starting January 27, 2021.

The Catalogue of Industries for Encouraged Foreign Investment (2019 Edition) shall be annulled at the same time.
