To replace a lost business license, you must first make an announcement either via the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System or a publicly issued newspaper. After releasing the announcement, apply at the enterprise registration authority for a replacement business license. Alternatively, you can access Beijing Enterprise Registration e-Window Service Platform (website: https://ect.scjgj.beijing.gov.cn) and enter the section of legal person services for application.

The documents required for applying for replacement include an Application Form for Addition, Reduction, Replacement, and Renewal of Licenses; the original copy and a photocopy of the business license (not required in the case of loss); and a photocopy of the newspaper announcement (not required if the business license invalidation statement has been publicized at the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System).
