Announcement of the General Administration of Customs [2018] No. 169 (Announcement on Comprehensive Promotion for Reform of Exclusive Customs Payment Voucher Printing)

To optimize the business environment of port, and further lower the customs clearance costs of enterprises, the General Administration of Customs decides to comprehensively promote the reform of Exclusive Customs Payment Voucher printing for enterprises since November 19, 2018. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Import and export enterprises and entities may, after paying taxes through electronic tax payment of the Customs, download the electronic Exclusive Customs Payment Voucher through "Internet + Customs" Integrated Online Service Platform (http://online.customs.gov.cn), or the standard International Trade Single Window (https://www.singlewindow.cn); or apply for printing the paper Exclusive Customs Payment Voucher on the site.

II. The accounting use and filing of electronic Exclusive Customs Payment Voucher should abide by the Announcement [2018] No. 100 issued by General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Finance, State Taxation Administration and Beijing Municipal Archives. In case of any issues arising from the use by import and export enterprises and entities, the Customs Hotline at 12360 is available.
